Alhamdulillah All Praise Is To God

في ظلام الكون شمسٌ أشرقتْ فينا

يا خِتامَ الأنبياء، نوراً و ضِياء

جئتَ بالإسلام دينا

You came to call to the religion of Islam

الحمدُ لله والشكرُ لله

All praise is to God, and all thanks is to God

I send my most fragrant prayers and salutations

على رسولِ الله

Upon the Messenger of God

اِفرَحي يا طَيبةُ أنتِ دارُ نَبينا

Rejoice O Taiba (Medina), for you are the home of our Prophet

لو يَفيضُ الشوقُ إليكِ مَن يُداوينا

If our longing for you overwhelms you, who shall attend to us?

دَعَوْناكَ يا مُجيب

We supplicate to You, You are the One who answers prayers

أن نَلقَى الحبيب

To allows us to meet the beloved

يا نَبي مَهْما تَغِيب

O Prophet, no matter how long you are absent from our eyes

أنتَ في القلبَ يَقِينا

Surely, you are always in our hearts

قد جاء المختارُ خِتاماً نوراً و هُدى

The Chosen One came as the final light and guidance

فهَدى للإسلامِ عبادًا بكتابِ الله

He guided people to Islam with the Book of God

طِبْتَ يا بَدرَ التَّمام

Blessings be upon you, O most beautiful full moon

يا نبي سلام

Peace be upon you O Prophet

أنتَ يا خَيرَ الأنَام

You, O best of all creation

نَجمُنا في لَيالينا

You are our star in the darkest of nights
