أَمَانَةْ قَلْبِيَ الْعَاشِقْ

Sincerely promise me my lovesick heart

تِسَلِّمْ لِي عَلَى الْهَادِي

That you will send my greetings to the Guide

مُحَمَّدْ سَيِّدِ الْكُونِينْ

Muhammad, the master of both worlds

حَبِيبِي رُوحِي و زَادِي

My love, my soul and my sustenance

أَمَانَةْ بَلِّغُه إِنِّي

Sincerely promise to tell him that I

أَحِبَّه حُبِّ مُو عَادِي

Love him in an extraordinary way

مُتَيَّمْ فِيه فُوقِ الْحَدّ

I am infatuated with him beyond limits

وِ قَلْبِي بِاسْمَه يْنَادِي

And my heart calls out his name

حَبِيبِي و سَيِّدِي أَفْدِيكْ

My love, my master I would sacrifice for you

بِرُوحِي بِكِلِّ مَا فِينِي

My soul, and all that is within me

رِضَاكُمْ مُبْتَغَى أَمْرِي

Attaining your pleasure is what I seek

وِ لِأجْلَهْ رَبِّي يِرْضِينِي

And for that may Allah be pleased with me

أَنَا مِنْ أُمَّتَكْ أَفْخَرْ

I feel proud being from your nation (Ummah)

و هَذَا الْفَخْرِ يَكْفِينِي

And this pride is enough for me

وِسَامٍ يِسْطَعِ بصَدْرِي

It is a medal that shines on my chest

يِشَرِّفْنِي يِعَلِّينِي

It honours and elevates me

عَلَى ايدِينِكْ تَعَلَّمْنَا

We learned at your hands

إِنَّ الدِّينْ هُوَ الْإسْلَامْ

That Islam is the true religion

كِتَابَ الله مَنْهَجْنَا

Allah’s book [the Qur’an] is our way

يِنَوِّرْ ظُلْمَةِ الْأَيَّامْ

It illuminates the darkness of these days

تَعَلَّمْنَا نِنَاجِي الله

We learned from you to intimately supplicate to Allah

نِصَلِّي، نِكْرِمِ الْأَيْتَامْ

To pray, to honour orphans

جَزَاكَ الله عَنَّا الْخِيرْ

May Allah reward you with good for all that you’ve done for us

حَبَاكِ الْمَوْلَى بِالْإكْرَامْ

May the Lord surround you with honour and distinction
